The soundtrack, the wiggling snakes, the Laughing Falcon's crazy poses. This animation has such a wonderful manic energy, and it remains one of my favorite of all the bird audition videos.

The animation is pretty good, and I especially enjoy the effects that were in the very beginning of the video. It would have been really cool to see effects like that for the whole animation, but the ones in the fight were still well done.
Also, the fight could have used some other sound effects in addition to the music. It was also pretty awkward when the music cut away to have the kid scream. Audio can be tricky to balance, but you can have both your music track and sound effects in a way that doesn't make either of them overpower the other.

HarisTheGodBear responds:

That's great advice thank you. I'm trying to get the hang of this thing, so hopefully with all the input I receive can improve on it.

Delightfully absurd! I think it's clear everyone involved had a lot of fun.

It's nice to see a madness protagonist that actually picks up all those dropped weapons and is prepared for the situation. There's a nice sense of character here.

I think you could expand on this idea more, with the fan going on his own misadventures to be like hank instead of meeting him right away. There's potential here.

I think it would be wise to zoom the camera out a bit. That way, we can get a better view of the scene, and won't be confused. This will become more important as you get better at animation, since you will need your movements to be clear and readable to the audience. The way things are framed at 0:48 is pretty good, so do more of that. Of course, you can zoom in for certain moments, but my previous statements still stand.

some music would be nice, but everything else is fairly solid. I haven't seen those posters before, did you make them yourself? I like the sanford nose one

LHenDry responds:

I had music done for this animation but it was very bad
Yes i made this posters myself

Well, I'm not sure why you decided to make this in Madness style, but now I can't stop thinking about how the government of nevada works in the madness universe.

Crazymonkey154 responds:

I did that because I'm a Madness animator. As for how the government operates in the series, I'll leave that to your imagination.

Wow, it's cool that they had a video camera that could go deep underground to record all that.

Wonderful animation with great atmosphere, would love to see a continuation.

MaxJohnsonINK responds:

Thanks! - Easter egg: If you look closely in the shot before, you can see the camera that dollies into the ground!

This makes me thoroughly uncomfortable and I thank you for making it so I can share it and we can all suffer together. 10/10

Here at FinkCo, I like to draw and animate my silly OCs.
